The E2i Design Guided Install is something we created that no one else offers.

E2i Design wants to work with clients in a way you can benefit most from what we offer. We don’t have a one size fits all solution. Some clients want us to do a complete installation, others just want to purchase gear., while many can benefit from our E2i Guided Install. Regardless of size or need, we have a solution that can meet you where you are and add value to your organization.

All of our projects start with a unique in depth assessment of your organization so we can begin our needs based design process. We are looking at mission, vision, value and purpose of who you are and what you are about. We want to get a look at your immediate needs while also considering the 2 and 5 year goals of the overall organization. The point is that we want to design technology to not only serve todays purposes, but also to set us up for a good long term growth plan. Our focus is on consistency of design across the long term planning of your organization. This means we want technology that can serve small spaces to large spaces, with consistent equipment used in all areas to make training and operation easy, especially for volunteers or the inexperienced. Initially we build a Road Map to show us what the path will be for a long term technology strategy within the organization. Once we have established the direction, we start putting together a plan of action. The action plan outlines the specific technology we will use. Once we then know what we are going to use and how we are going to deploy, we then decide with you what the best way to implement it is. This is the “fork in the road” if you will, where we decide whether or not we are doing a full install or a guided install. Full installation means that we are going to handle everything from top to bottom to get the system in and up and running. Our unique Guided Install, is where we are going to use a minimal team for implementation and of course use your staff and volunteer teams to install and get the system up and running. Whichever path you may choose, it will be a custom fit solution specifically for you.
